Position 1: Market & Sales Executive

The Market & Sales Executive role focuses on developing customers, promoting medical products, and driving sustainable sales growth.市场与销售人员岗位主要负责客户开发、医疗产品推广及可持续销售增长。
Key Responsibilities

Proactively develop and manage customers including clinics, healthcare providers, and channel partners.主动开发并维护诊所、医疗机构及渠道客户。

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred, particularly in B2B environments.具备销售或市场相关经验者优先,尤其是 B2B 销售经验。

Remuneration and Development
薪酬与发展
During the Casual stage, remuneration will be paid at a compliant Casual hourly rate, including casual loading.Casual 阶段将按合法合规的 Casual 时薪支付,包含 casual loading。
Clear performance assessment criteria will apply during the Casual engagement period.Casual 合同期内设有清晰的业绩评估标准。
Upon meeting agreed sales and performance targets, the role may be converted to Permanent Full-time employment.在达到约定的销售业绩及工作指标后,可转为全职岗位。
Full-time employees will enter a structured remuneration framework including base salary, commission, and performance incentives aligned with market levels.转为全职后,将进入包含基本薪资、提成及绩效激励的完整薪酬体系,整体水平与市场接轨。
Position 2: Customer Service & Technical Support
