Confident Celebration Pty Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking across our operations and supply chain, across our medical supply operations in Australia, in line with the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018.
We supply medical consumables and healthcare products to clinics, aged care facilities, pharmacies, and hospitals across Australia. Where products or components are sourced internationally, we work with suppliers to promote ethical, lawful, and responsible sourcing practices.
We require our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, complete a Modern Slavery Questionnaire. We may also conduct proportionate reviews or request corrective actions to address identified risks. We continuously strengthen our due diligence processes, improve supply chain transparency, and provide awareness training to relevant staff and suppliers.
Environmental Responsibility
Confident Celebration Pty Ltd is committed to reducing our environmental impact through responsible sourcing, efficient logistics, and sustainable packaging practices where feasible, within the healthcare and medical consumables sector.
We prioritise digital product brochures and electronic communications to minimise printed materials. Our logistics cartons are made from recycled paper, favouring environmental performance over visual appearance.
Where packaging reinforcement is required to protect product integrity and reduce damage during transport, we aim to optimise materials to avoid unnecessary secondary packaging. By improving shipment reliability, we also seek to reduce the environmental impact associated with returns and re-deliveries.
We actively promote paperless office operations and digital approval processes, and we are progressing initiatives such as solar energy solutions for office facilities. In our distribution processes, we prioritise logistics partners that meet relevant environmental and compliance standards.
