To reward our members for their continued support, this website offers a Membership Points Program. Members may earn points through purchases and redeem them for order discounts in accordance with the rules below.
1. Earning Points
Members earn points based on the actual amount paid for completed orders:
1 AUD spent = 1 point earned.
Points will be automatically credited to the member’s account once the order is completed.
There is no limit to the number of points that can be earned.
2. Redeeming Points
Points can be viewed and redeemed at checkout.
At the checkout page, enter the number of points you wish to redeem in “Redeem points for a reward coupon” and select “Apply Reward.”
Once redeemed, the system will automatically generate a discount code and apply it to the Promo Code field. You may then proceed to checkout as normal. The total payable amount will be automatically reduced based on the value of the points redeemed.
If you redeem points incorrectly and need to make changes, select “Remove.” The redeemed points will be automatically returned to your points balance.
3. Points Enquiry & Account Management
Members may log in to their account and view their current points balance, earning history, and redemption history in the Points Centre.
Points are strictly for personal use by the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or exchanged.
The website reserves the right to freeze points or suspend accounts in the event of misuse.
4. Usage Restrictions
Each redeemed discount code may be used once only.
Points used to redeem a discount code will not be refunded once used.
Points discounts do not apply to shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, points will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Miscellaneous
This website reserves the final right of interpretation of the Membership Points Rules.
Any changes will be announced on the website in advance.
Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these rules.
