Confident Celebration Pty Ltd, a fast-growing healthcare product supplier serving aged care, pharmacy, and medical institutions, is looking for a proactive and bilingual Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team.
🔹 About the Role
This is a casual position to begin with, offering flexibility and room for growth. If we collaborate well and you're a great fit, we’re open to offering a full-time position. Exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time from the start.
🔹 Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B client relationships
Execute product marketing campaigns (including digital channels)
Attend trade shows, expos, and client meetings
Create and manage sales leads and follow-up activities
Assist with Chinese/English communication, documentation, and promotion materials
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and professional English (spoken and written)
Experience in sales, marketing, or medical-related industries preferred
Medical or healthcare background is a strong advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
🔹 What We Offer
Casual hourly rate + sales commission
