  • Measure Blood Pressure

    Tips Before Measurement

    • Do not eat, smoke, drink, take a bath, or perform high-intensity exercise within one hour before measuring.
    • Take measurements at the same time each day.
    • Sit still and rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
    • Relax as much as possible.
    • Do not talk or move during the measurement.

    1 Start the Measurement

    A. Press the Power Button

    All icons will appear on the screen for 1 second after pressing the Power button and will then disappear.

    The deflation icon will flash while the monitor performs the zeroing test. Several seconds later, the inflation icon will flash, indicating that the zeroing test is complete. The cuff will then begin to inflate.

    B. Automatic Measurement

    After inflation is complete, the monitor will automatically begin measuring. The heartbeat indicator will flash, and the cuff pressure will gradually decrease.

    2 Measurement Completed

    After the measurement is complete, the monitor will display the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate. The cuff will then automatically deflate.
