After registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a free shipping promo code.Place your sample order
Add the sample product(s) to your cart.
At checkout, enter the promo code in the “Enter a promo code” field to enjoy free shipping on samples.Payment & refund
Samples are free of charge. A symbolic payment of AUD 1.00 is required at checkout.
Once the order has been shipped, the AUD 1.00 will be refunded to the original payment method.
